By accessing or using Moveazy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Moveazy provides a platform that enables:

• House Hunters to browse rental properties, save favourites, book viewings, submit applications, and communicate with landlords
• Landlords and Estate Agents to list properties, manage applications, schedule viewings, and communicate with potential tenants

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

For House Hunters:

• Provide accurate information in applications
• Attend scheduled viewings or cancel in advance
• Communicate respectfully with landlords

For Landlords/Agents:

• Provide accurate property information and images
• Complete identity verification before listing properties
• Respond to enquiries and applications in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable housing and letting laws

Landlords and estate agents must complete our verification process before listing properties. This includes providing:

• Valid photo identification
• Proof of property ownership or agency registration

Moveazy reserves the right to reject or remove any listing or user that fails verification or violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Post discriminatory or offensive content
• Circumvent any security features

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant Moveazy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

Moveazy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making payments through Moveazy, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Moveazy does not store your payment card details.

Moveazy is a platform connecting house hunters with landlords. We do not:

• Own or manage any listed properties
• Guarantee the accuracy of any listing
• Act as a party to any rental agreement
• Provide legal, financial, or property advice

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moveazy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
